Communia Association, in collaboration with Creative Commons and Wikimedia Europe issued a statement urging the co-legislators to adopt a holistic approach on AI transparency and agree on proportionate solutions. The statement proposes a general transparency approach for training data, copyright balance, proportionate approach to meeting the transparency obligation, and requirement for AI developers to disclose the copyright compliance policies followed during the training of regulated AI systems.
