Draft Report: ACTA and the European Convention on Human Rights & the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights

Prior to the opening of the Global Congress on Intellectual Property and the Public Interest, a press briefing will be held to release two Draft reports commissioned by the EU Greens on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, and its impact on the public interest.
The release of the reports will be followed by an analysis of the Trans Pacific Partnership’s IP and pharmaceutical chapters before upcoming negotiations in Chicago.
The briefing swill be webcast, and questions will be taken from the public via email (globalcong@gmail.com)
