From July 26 to September 10, the call for proposals will be open for the collaborative agenda of #IPWeek2021, Intellectual Property Week, the Public Interest, and COVID-19: learnings, discoveries, and challenges.
This new version of Intellectual Property, Public Interest and COVID-19 Week will address the lessons and discoveries that the COVID-19 pandemic left to society, and future challenges in the post-pandemic period, in the relationship framework between intellectual property and the public interest.

| Modality | Description |
| Workshop | An interactive session that proposes to address solutions around a problem. |
| Discussion table | Discussion around a specific topic that involves different interests, such as presenting research results around the same topic. |
| Panel | Presentation of a topic from different experiences that invite discussion. |
| Global Talks* | TED Talk type conference lasting between 5 and 15 minutes, in which a single person presents the exploration of an idea, initiative, or challenge. |
| Strategic meetings | An informal meeting on a particular topic. This format allows participants to network, connect, and forge partnerships. |
| Fire debate | An informal but structured dialogue between the moderator and the speakers on a topic of interest engages the audience through questions and answers. |
| Bootcamp | Intensive training course of providing participants with the knowledge and analytical tools to contribute to advocacy debates. |
| Creative piece | Infographic, meme, illustration, video, song, or literary creation (story, fable, poem, among others). |
The duration of the events can range from 20 minutes to 2 hours and five speakers per session maximum.
*Global talks: 5 to 15 minutes. One single speaker.
The sessions may be held in any of the three languages of the event: Spanish, Portuguese and English.Submit proposal
