Finland’s EU ministerial committee has postponed ratification of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement until the European Court of Justice completes its review of it. The Helsingin Sanomat reported that the government won’t approve the trade agreement “until the European Union itself is committed to it.” Last month, the paper reported protests against ACTA in Helsinki.
