The U.S. Trade Representative has requested comments on the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, which it describes as “a proposed agreement to strengthen international cooperation, enforcement practices and legal frameworks for addressing counterfeiting and piracy.” Comments are due by February 15, 2011, and should be submitted electronically via www.regulations.gov.
